1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WuTang Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use WuTang Marketplace. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on WuTang Marketplace, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keeping your profile up to date
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

WuTang Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, exhibit suspicious activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Listings and Seller Obligations

Sellers on WuTang Marketplace agree to the following when creating and managing listings:

• All listings must accurately describe the item being offered, including its condition, features, and any known defects or issues
• Product images must be genuine photographs of the actual item being sold. Stock photos, misleading images, or images of different items are not permitted
• Prices must be listed in good faith and reflect the genuine asking price for the item
• Sellers are responsible for promptly responding to buyer inquiries and completing agreed-upon transactions in a timely manner
• Listings must be updated or removed when items are no longer available for sale

5. Prohibited Items and Content

The following items and content are strictly prohibited on WuTang Marketplace. Listings that violate these restrictions will be removed and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Illegal goods, stolen property, or items that infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories
• Controlled substances, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or tobacco products
• Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off goods presented as genuine branded items
• Hazardous materials, recalled products, or items that pose a safety risk
• Adult content, sexually explicit material, or items promoting hate speech or violence
• Live animals, human remains, or body parts
• Financial instruments, gift cards with unknown balances, or cryptocurrency
• Services, subscriptions, or intangible goods unless specifically permitted by the platform

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers on WuTang Marketplace acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. WuTang Marketplace acts as a platform to connect parties and is not a party to any transaction.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, asking questions, and inspecting items before completing a purchase
• Exercise caution when arranging in-person meetings. Meet in public, well-lit locations and consider bringing a companion
• Report any suspicious listings, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns to our team immediately

7. User Conduct

All users of WuTang Marketplace agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, honest, and lawful. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users through messages or any other means
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, scams, or any other deceptive practices
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data, create listings, or interact with the platform without authorization
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about other users or their listings

8. Messaging and Communications

WuTang Marketplace provides an in-platform messaging system to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers. When using this feature, you agree to use messages solely for legitimate marketplace-related purposes, refrain from sharing personal contact information publicly, and not use the messaging system to distribute unsolicited advertising or promotional content.

We reserve the right to monitor messages for compliance with these terms and to detect fraud or abuse. Administrators may send system messages related to platform operations, policy updates, or account-related matters.

9. Intellectual Property

The WuTang Marketplace name, logo, design, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by WuTang Marketplace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

By posting content on WuTang Marketplace (including listings, images, and profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it at any time by deleting the associated listing or account.

10. Disclaimers

WuTang Marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, user profile, or user-generated content. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, either online or offline, and we do not guarantee that transactions will be completed successfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WuTang Marketplace, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to WuTang Marketplace, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WuTang Marketplace and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you post on the platform.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms, is harmful to other users or the platform, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may also choose to deactivate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of WuTang Marketplace shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association in the jurisdiction where WuTang Marketplace operates.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WuTang Marketplace operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising from these terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of WuTang Marketplace after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
